This was my favorite game as a 4 year old!
So cute these kids!! I loved
very nice… they are very intelligent and cute..XD
I….never played this game. D: This is insane, I have missed out. XD
Oh goodness, that came out wrong lol..we don’t use a cookie or anything, we just do the whole “Jonah stole the cookie”, “Katie stole the cookie” thing, and my kids like to blame eachother before eventually I’m the only one left. Logic dictates that Miss Deanna stole the cookie…shame on me =)
Thanks! We use “Not me” to make the song a little simpler and more useful for EFL students. “Not me” is useful in a variety of situations (Who took my pencil? Who’s hungry? Who wants to take a break?, etc.), so we wanted to use this song to teach that language. When we introduce the game, the teacher always “steals” the cookie first so he/she can control the game a little and make sure everyone understands.. After that, the students choose. Have fun!
My kids love this song! I teach preschoolers, and we use “couldn’t be”. I have to say though, these kids are clever. They always leave it so the teacher stole the cookie *whistles innocently*
